Purchase and delivery

When your order is confirmed, the products you ordered will be delivered by our partnered courier service to the address you provided to us when placing your order. We do not accept any liability if we are unable to deliver your order in a timely manner because the address you provide us is incorrect or incomplete.

Please note that most of our current delivery areas are from the United States and Canada. The areas where products can be delivered also depend on whether the courier service company we cooperate with has the ability to deliver. If you are in another country. We are currently unable to provide cash on delivery. You can check the delivery status of your order through the Customer Service Center after the order is confirmed.
