Return policy

You can return the product within three days from the date of receipt (customized products, fresh and perishable products, products that may affect personal safety or life and health after being opened, products that may cause changes in the quality of the goods after being opened) , and other products that are not suitable for return due to the nature of the product); or within three days from the date of product delivery, you can exchange it for other products of equal value (but personalized customized products, watches and jewelry do not enjoy the aforementioned exchange service) .

Returned and intended-for-exchange products must be in intact, salable condition, with relevant sales receipts, all relevant accessories, instructions, labels, original packaging (such as boxes, cotton bags, product damage prevention labels, etc.), gifts (such as (if any) and paper invoices (if any) must be returned.

If for any reason you don’t have a good shopping experience, we will replace or refund

Online shopping can be a daunting task. We want you to realize that purchasing and trying items is risk-free.

We offer a 120-day quality guarantee period for all orders with damage.

If there is a quality problem, please contact us within the warranty period and we will provide a replacement service. Please note that color differences caused by the monitor or slight differences in photo retouching are not quality issues.

If you return the product for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like the style, the size is not suitable), please contact us within 15 days for return or exchange. Please note that returns are not accepted for replacement products.

After receiving the package, please check your product immediately and try it on. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Customized products

All engraved, personalized, or specially customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of product quality issues or manufacturing errors.

If your customized product has craftsmanship defects, engraving errors (not matching the order information), or other quality issues, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the item and provide relevant images and order details.

Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted. Please carefully review your order details before placing an order.

Before production, we will confirm the design and engraving details with you. Once confirmed and the production process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving the package and provide relevant images as evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a solution accordingly.

Items must remain in their original condition. Hyacinth Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returned items that have been damaged and to send them back to the customer at its sole discretion.

Delivery and transportation

Please allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Custom items may take longer (approximately 15-21 business days) to process. Hyacinth Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders over $39.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

It may take up to 3-7 business days for us to process your refund once we receive the package. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund is completed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund transaction to be reflected on your bank statement.

Can't find my package

Please check with your neighbors and around your home. Sometimes, carriers will place packages in hidden places to prevent theft. Verify the delivery address on your order to make sure it is correct. We ask you to wait at least 3 business days to see if the package is delivered. Due to operational errors, shipping companies often mark packages as delivered in advance.
